Eartheartmony Concert

cr: LSPR 4C

LSPR 4C's Environment Month 2014 has reached it's final event, Eartheartmony Concert. It was held on the same date as Earth Hour which is on March 29.

We started our day with a meeting at 7.30 in the morning, but unfortunately things happens so we ended up starting at 9. We prepared all decorations like banners, lights, photo booth, and so on. Me, as the press release officer have to print the press releases for today's event. Looking for a place to print at a Saturday is a goddamn hard thing. Ka Bertha is also the press release officer, we searched for a printing place for more than an hour, by foot. I don't have to tell the detail, but it's very very tiring. Especially when we're looking at a really hot afternoon on 11am to 12.30pm.

Our event started at 4.30pm. I was really worried if no one would attend because there are a whole lot empty seats. But hopefully people started to come after the sun goes down.

After I had my meal, I went back to the venue and stand in front of the stage. Festival section lmaoo ~ I screamed fangirl-like dramatically to bust the moods of people! I'm glad that my friends and seniors loved my scream tho it shrilled and sounds quite disturbing. Screaming fans are star's favorite
All of the performers are amazing. There were performances by autism children, local bands, a rookie singer, dancers, and performing arts students.

By 8.30pm, we turned off the power of the Sudirman Park building to celebrate Earth Hour. We lit up candles. It was one of the most beautiful thing I ever seen. I really wanna cry help

a small building behind is the security office the lights must be switched on

We turned off the power for an hour. There was a performance by LSPR Choir. My friend Lia performed :3 Choir was too beautiful. Their voices are like angels. They sang the 4C song and I really really wanna kerraaayyyy!! Well, I bet every member of 4C wanted to cry. I cant believe that Enviromental Month soon will be over, I can't believe that we finally held this event, I can't believe that we are capable of doing all events during March. You are stronger than who you think you are.
There were other performances by local bands but I can't remember the name =_= Holding candles in a concert is something new to me. It felt so meaningful.

After an hour..
9.30pm - The power is on! A music plays and 4C members flashmobed! Unlike our flashmob two weeks ago, this flashmob is a blast! People joined us, danced with us! The atmosphere was amazing. All 4C members that were about to to cry /i'm serious/ during the candle light finally expresses their happiness through dancing. The dance that usually felt like 4 minutes was like 15 minutes because we enjoyed every second and we want this to last forever. Fyi, the dance was actually 7 minutes. People says time flies fast when you'r enjoying your time. For me, it actually felt long because we think about every second. It felt fast when it's already over.

There was a performace from Kandara.

cr: LSPR 4C

I don't know who they are. Well, they already performed for Java Jazz! Their music have nice beats and the music instruments that they played are unique. Their songs are really nice. They sang a lot of songs. Some people already left during their performance because it was already late.
You can see on the photo that we, the gurls there with blue shirts are 4C members. We danced for almost all their songs! I guess, for more than half an hour. We danced so energetically as if as we're not even tired. My legs are actually already hurts, but I keep on dancing. I'm sure that all of us there felt the same way. That moment is waay too precious to rest!

After Eartheartmony ended, we took a photo. Find me!

Eartheartmony, best day ever. I was so happy that I cant even sleep. I kept thinking about this beautiful precious moment. I am not exaggerating.
My feet are swollen because I stood and danced for too long
My hands are also swollen because I clapped too much
My throat is sore because I screamed too loud
Rashes appeared on my body because I was dirty
Dad have to wait for me for two hours because I was too enjoying my time

I DON'T CARE! I LOVE IT!

Review: ETUDE HOUSE Precious Mineral Any Cushion + Refill - W24 Honey Beige

of my must have product! I've been using this for six month and I am really satisfied. (~^_^)~
6 claims that are brightening, anti-wrinkle, sebum control, UV protection (SPF50+/PA), color correction, and moisturizing.

Before I continue, I just want to let you know that Etude House is not the first Korean makeup brand to launch this kind of BB cream (or foundation?). As far as I know, Laneige and Holika Holika has one too. However, compared to other brands Etude House's Any Cushion is more affordable.

OKKAAY ~
1. Brightening. Yeah it made my face brighter. W24, which is the darkest tone is still lighter than my skin tone. I only use a thin layer so my face doesn't looked un-naturally white. Anyway, the brightening effect is nice.

2. Anti-Wrinkle. I don't have wrinkles on my face so I don't know much kekeke ~

3. Sebum Control. THIS IS WHAT I REALLY LIKE! The first time I use this (only a thin layer) I see that by the end of the day my face is not oily. Well, it reduces the oil on my skin. I'm also really glad that by the past 6 month I havnt got any acnes. Maybe like only 1-3. I go to collage by public transportation and spend most of time on transport. I don't even use a mask to cover my face nose from the air pollution. I also have bangs. I use to avoid having bangs cus I always ended up having lots of acnes on my forehead. But now, my forehead is 99,9% free of acnes!!

4. UV Protection. SPF50+/PA is quite high, I don't know whether this is a good thing or not. My mom told me once that high SPF may have some side effects. Despite the fact that I go to collage by 10AM (where the sun is really hot) I think that this is okay for me.

5. Color Correction. I never noticed this, but yeah it reduce the visibility of my panda eyes.

6. Moisturizing. Yep it really moisturizes. My face is a dry skinned type, before I use Any Cushion I often see cracks on my face. Goodbye dry skin!

Anyway, these are how the products looked like. It's hard to fix the color lmao

What's the difference between the pink and white Any Cushion?
Found the answer from the Muse ~
So I guess the white one is released for Korea while the pink on is for countries outside Korea? The ones sold at Etude House Indonesia is pink too.. Please correct me if I am wrong >_<

✔ Pros
- I've explained about the claims above
- Bye bye acnes!
- Refillable, and it comes with an airpuff aswell
- Easy and simple to use. The airpuff made the bb cream blend easily.
- You can use a small amount of product and still feel the benefits
- Wide mirror

Cons
- Small amount of product (used for 6 month)
- Hard to clean the airpuff
- Pinkish underdone, made my face a little grey

My rate: ★ / 4.5

Here's the refill of Any Cushion (~^o^)~

The airpuff, in comparision
Eeew look how dirty it is lol

aaand wallaaah ~
Cleaned the case and it looked as good as new!

Baby Corals

Here's our baby corals!!! Aren't they freakin adorable?? :3 Tao and I are gonna save the ocean together /bricked/

Adopted these babies from LSPR 4C, the club that I joined at campus. 4C, Climate Change Championship Club is a club at LSPR that concerns about the environment. This month, we have a special event Environmental Month where every week on March we did something to save our planet. 2 weeks ago I posted about HeartMob, click here to see the post! Last week, 4C held their third event which is Coral Planting. I can't go to the event /sobs/ so I can only adopted 2 baby corals.

Quite disappointed cos Tao's coral photo was blurry ;_; I wanted to mention Tao this pic on weibo HAHAHA ~ These are underwater photos aren't they kawaaiiiii <3
I always wanted to adopt baby corals because corals made the sea beautiful and also home for many sea animals. Also, the ocean is my most favorite place on earth! I hope in years our baby corals will grow into beautiful teenagers and looked like this

Dying on the Way

I'm just being dramatic okay. No one is dying

Well in the the past phew weeks my the buses that my friends used hit someone and that person died tragically. Two of my friends.

So.... the pic up there was taken three weeks ago, around 2PM. I had a club meeting on 2PM, the traffic jam was horrible so I ended up getting back home. I was almost there but I predicted that I may arrive at 3PM. My friend says that it is okay, but I was so pissed of the situation.

Jakarta is not a paradise. It is a busy city where time is money. It is a paradise if you have the money. Why? Because you can found everything here, especially branded items. There are many malls here that has stores of expensive branded items. Restaurants too, there are many kind of restaurants. The streets are always crowded, and no stores are ever out of visitors, whether middle-low malls or middle-high malls. So.. it's a paradise to spend your money

Wait I'm getting out of the topic lmaooo ~
So, what I mean by dying on the way is that people are tired on the way. The journey to take your activities wasted half of your time. I know that in some small villages in Indonesia, where it is almost isolated, little kids need to cross big rivers (they swim) or maybe go through the forest just to go to school. Please, I dont want to compare myself with them ;_; It's just tiring, okay.. The most depressing part is that I spent more than half of my weekly money for transport.... Sometimes I can't even afford lunch.. Mom let me to take any amount of cash from her secret money envelope but I just can do it ;_; I sometimes did, but I just dont want to.

Actually, this post is pointless._. don't you think so? In general, this post didnt explained anything. What I wrote from up to bottom is not 100% accurate so pleease don't see Jakarta that way, there are plenty of good things to call this place a paradise. Anyway, living in any big city is always depressing. Just move into a village below a mountain if you want somewhere quite -_-

MARCH HAUL - Etude House !!

accidently bought these babies yesterday... bought them at Etude House Kota Kasablanka.

Class ended at 3.30 PM, got a club meeting at 5, so I got spare hours... I actually wanted to go to Kokas to visit a new Cathy Doll booth. Cathy Doll is a Korean line of whitening products (if I am correct) made for Thailand. I already found many positive reviews about them from South East Asian beauty bloggers (except Indonesia), so I was wondering if maybe I can make a review about them lol.
But... unfortunately the booth is already closed. I still have around 30 minutes to leave the mall, so I visited Etude House.

I have an Etude Card membership card that I got last week because I purchased an eyebrow tweezer. They currently have an event which let you get a member card with any minimum purchase. I dont even know they have that event lmao

Not So a Good Day

My family had been talking about his day since the end of February, they promised me that this would be a really special way to celebrate my 18th birthday.

Well, they did take me to a really luxurious place. A lunch at a well known five star hotel in Jakarta.

Dad ruined my mood in the morning. Acting pathetically childish and ridiculous. He was mad at mom, ugh adults should be more mature.

What disappoints me the most is that I already told him about what I had sacrifice for this day, the 3rd event of Environmental Month which is coral planting. Plus, snorkeling. For free. And his fucking reaction was "oh really? when? wow that's so fun!" oh ma gaaah stfu

I was so disappointed I dont even want to look at his face or even talked to him. I think he didnt realize that i am mad at him. whatever

So umm yeah if he didn't ruin my mood i would should be really happy. Yes. My belly and tongue is really happy.

Mom would kill me if she sees this post, she'll thinks that i am not grateful and compare me with other poor people who cant even eat once a day. well yeah i am grateful, i am happy, but i am still disappointed by dad's childish action. I don't have to explain it here

Anyway, that's a really adorable picture of a macaroon that i managed to took :3 it tasted good too

Heart Mob!

Heart Mob is the second event of Environmental Month. I cant believe EM is really happening! Last week (1/3) is our first event, which is Gardening Class. I didn't have time to blog about it, also, I didn't take much pictures lmao

Heart Mob is the name of our flashmob. We campaigned about green lifestyle and tell the public about Earth Hour. There are about 150 people (or maybe more) who participate!

We did our practice for more than a week. It is very very tiring. Everyday, 3 hours a day. What made this really tiring for me is that my house is far away from campus, 2 hours journey. Dance rehearsal ended at 8, since it's quite late to go home by myself (plus there are no public transport to take me from the terminal to home. I dont even wanna go home by myself) i have to get home with my dad. He had meetings and stuffs so he left his office by 9 and we arrived at home at 11. That means I have to take a shower with cold water every midnight. My friends and I got fevers and flu but hopefully we managed to skipped 2 dance rehearsals and keep our body healthy.

Okay let's just talk about Heart Mob
Yesterday I arrived at campus at 6am. We were supposed to be on our way to the venue by 6.15, unfortunately it rained hard so we waited the rain to stop. Finally, rain stopped at 8 am so we immediately walked to our venue. There the marching band already started playing.

We did our flashmob around 10 minutes after the marching band ended. Our flashmob caught people's attention! Our dance moves are simple but really energetic and powerfull. We cheered, screamed, and clap our hands to add the excitement. It was fantastic!

Btw, those papers on their chests are simple handmade mini-posters to remind people about green lifestyle. Here's mine! BE OUR WORLD HERO!

selfies!

Last but not least....
What made me really happy about this event is I get to write the Press Release! Yaay!
I havnt even learnt the subject of Press Release at Public Relations subject hohoho ~ I managed to challenged myself of doing something that I dont think I can.

Anyway, today is my last day of being 17. Tomorrow is my birthdaaaaayy!
