STYLENANDA WISHLIST!!!

So, in the past phew weeks I searched about 3CE's gel eyeliner. I was very interested because the color is very unique and also, it's from 3 Concept Eyes! XD 3CE is the Korean Cosmetic brand that actually dragged me being an addict of Korean cosmetics. However, I never even bought something from 3CE. /cries/. Anyway, 3CE is a cosmetic brand under STYLENANDA, a Korean fashion line.

I made a list of products that I wanted from 3CE, from the gel eyeliner itself to makeup pouch and hand mirror. I was surprised to see that I am willing to spend that whole amount of money for cosmetics without any hesitation. My sister scolded me, she said I should buy branded clothing instead of makeup.

Review: CATHY DOLL L-Glutathione Magic Cream

HELLOOO!!
I'm so glad that I finally managed to find this product. As I've mentioned before, I've been curious about this product since I found a booth of Cathy Doll at the mall. I usually Googled for the details about a brand before I made purchase.
Anyway, Cathy Doll is a line from Karmart, a Thai based company of cosmetics that is formulated in Korea ^^

When I visited their booth for the first time I didn't even want to try the testers because the salesperson told me that the product will give you temporary whitening effect that could last for a day and a permanent effect after 3 weeks of usage. This is actually an advantage but I am worried about the side effects of instant whitening. Moreover,  I haven't heard this product before. The salesperson also told me that Cathy Doll is already well-known in Korea and South East Asian countries especially Thailand. However, I never found the brand on any Korean beauty sites.

I was really curious about Cathy Doll, as soon as I got home I searched reviews and details of product and found many positive reviews. I've also searched for L-Gluthathione.
Well, Glutha is safe for everyone and 100% proven to whiten skin. Glutha whitens skin by reducing the melanin formation of the epidermis going up to the dermis. There are no side effects of using Glutha because it's ability to whitens skin is already it's side effect.

Finding out that Gluta is safe and effective for whitening really gave me a relief. It urges me to try the product. Hence, I bought the L-Glutathione Magic Cream online.

Description
To create a flawless beautiful skin, Cathy Doll L-Glutathoine Magic Cream provides high permeability with miraculous charm.
Effects: Natural plant extracts, plant opti-blend, ultra-soft formula can be used to hide and modify body defects, to make pores invisible instantly.
Intercept ultra violet rays UV A, B and C at the same time protect your skin that being exposed to the sun more thoroughly. Especially, dark spots, to white and aura skin.

Fyi, it has super high SPF which is SPF 130

The product doesn't claimed to be a sunblock or sunscreen, but I think 'sunblock' suits best despite the high SPF and other factors that indicates this product as a sunblock. Just like any ordinary sunblock, it has a runny liquid texture which leaves a garish white cast. The product also have the scent of normal sunscreen despite the faint fruity scent. I asume that the instant whitening effect comes from the UV filters.

The UV filter that acts as the whitening quickly holds on to skin which made it quite hard to blend. I need to use an extra amount of product in order to spread and blend it easily on skin. I recommend to mix it with lotion 1:1. The lotion acts as a lubricant (and also moisturizer) that made the product easier to blend.

I am personally worried more about the high SPF rather than the whitening. Anything too much is no good. I haven't find the side effects of using high SPF, but I do find an article which does not recommend to use sunblocks/sunscreens with SPFs more than 50. Click here for the full article.

However... Anonymous gave me a complete explanation that clarifies how the SPF in this product is safe. I'll explain below.

For you who have dark / tanned skin

I have tanned skin and my elbows and knees are dark. Using this product on my body doesn't gave me that healthy bright skin, in fact, it made me looked pale and dehydrated. My friend told me once that my legs looked so dry and I need a moisturizing lotion when I was actually using this cream.

Anyway, the whitening was excellent when applied on my bright areas, such as the face, back of my hand, fingers, and thigh. The obvious white layer blends perfectly on bright skin.

Applied on face

I love how it looked on my face. It brightens my skin without making me looked like a ghost. I don't give many attention about the concealing and how it cover the pores because duh, this is is a sunblock (?). The sebum control is just average. Anyway, for some reasons that I can't prove, I wouldn't recommend to use this product on face. I think the product is a little too much for face that is more sensitive compared to other skin on our body.

The high SPF on this product is SAFE

There are two types of sunscreen. Physical sunscreen and chemical sunscreen. This product is a physical suncreen because it uses titanium dioxide as a sunscreen agent which explains the white cast. Physical sunscreen uses either titanium dioxide, zinc oxide or both, thus, it is safe to say that the high SPF in this product is SAFE.

On the other hand, high SPF on chemical sunscreen is not recommended.

Lasting power

It last for more than 24 hours and it's waterproof. Wow! In order to remove the product from the skin, I have to scrub it off with some drops of water or a body scrub. Using soap or even take a shower won't help. I'm not interested to use makeup removers, I don't think it's necessary. Again, I have to say that anything too much is no good. Using cosmetics for too long may result to skin problems. Of course in years of usage /laughs sarcastically/. Anyway, I don't think it stayed that long on face because our face produces oil while the arms and legs don't.

✘Cons:
- Not quite suitable for people with dark skin
- Tho the high SPF is safe, I still feel quite anxious
- Hard to blend
- Hard to remove
- Made my skin dry
- Leaks. I really need to twist the lid tightly

So.. let's just start with today.
Today is a really busy day. It was planned to be a really busy day. I've stayed up till 2am for today

As far as I have been informed, my class will have a photoshoot for our Performing Arts booklet on 1PM, and followed by the PA test on 3.30. I also have a 4C presentation of the officer candidates on 5PM. By 7PM, I have to meet my sister Zay at the mall to have fun. She just finished that freakin National Exam.

This morning I woke up at 5AM, I checked my cellphone to see any social notification and got terribly surprised by my senior's notice that today on 11, 4C will have a meeting. Since I was very sleepy, I lied down and close my eyes and rush everything after that. I had tons of work (task and assignments, actually) to do that I actually supposed to finish by 11AM today. However, since the meeting is on 11, I have to leave home by 9. I have to be 2 hours earlier.

AND SO I've rushed everything and by 9 I was ready to go. I received a message at 9, telling me that the meeting is canceled, and the officer candidate presentation is also canceled.

I am personally glad but also disappointed. Glad because it means I have around one and a half hour to sleep and I can meet Zay right after the PA test. On the other hand, I was disappointed because I am ready for my presentation. I am already well prepared, and getting prepared is the reason I stayed up until 2AM.

Nevermind, this is not the end of the world. The bright side is waaay brighter /smiles awkwardly/


I have a story to tell
Yesterday, on my way home, I was sitting peacefully on a bus, enjoying the scenery from the window. I was enjoying the scenery because yesterday I managed to get home earlier, really happy because the streets are not crowded and the traffic jam have not occur.
Then I see two men fighting. I can tell that they may have a car accident before because I can see that there was a car parked carelessly. One man gave a hard punched on the face of his helpless opponents. My bus keeps going and I can see half of the opponent's face. It was bleeding terribly like hell. His face was covered with blood that runs down from his scalp. I was so horrified by the scene. I can't hold my tears and I ended up crying all the way home. Alone
It was embarrassing, but what can I do?

I am very saddened by the fact that I was not careful enough when shopping online on Qoo10. This is my second purchase, I was so satisfied with my first order. The sellers of my first and second order are two different people ugh I thought this one might be as good as the first.....
I ordered Etude House's Magic Any Cushion. I thought all her products are ready stock but yesterday I just read some comments from customers saying that their order took more than a month to arrive... AAAARGH I'm running out of any cushion.. I do have a compact powder from FaceShop that I can use, I also have the refill of my current Any Cushion. I wanna make a reviiiiieewww and compare both products /facepalms/

I AM SO GODDAMN BUSY LIKE FOR GOD'S SAKE I REALLY NEED A BREAK.

I do I really do. I am glad that my body can keep up with all my activities and routines without getting sick. Just as I thought things are going to be easier for me after the end of EM. Howwevvaahh, EM is just a beginning. Wait before I continue I just want to let u know that what I'm doing are extra works so it's really only me. Well me and other students involved.  

So below are the list of my latest activities. All of it are my priorities I really can't let one left ignored and I am putting all my effort to get through them perfectly.

1. I got the part as a cast on Performing Arts. YYAYY! Yes, this is a good news. I managed to passed all the auditions and I get to be Cassie from the theater Rumors. She's a hot bitchy bitch. Well, being a cast made me to practice every weekend. So bye bye one day of break. The really is not as hard as how I describe it here lmao

2. I am a running for 4C officer. Another good news cos my senior asked me to run for the officer. So is that mean that I am one of her favorite? /bricked/ as far as I know all division have to send at least 2 person to run as the new 4C officers. Anyway I'm from Media Relations. Okay I know I still have to work hard, making my programs and stuff. Also thinking about the activities for 4C's second gathering. 

3. Mid-term exam in two days! Holy fucking shit April 15 should be the best day ever but the exam screws 30% of it. This semester the subjects are really hard but the lecturer are.. umm.. not as we expected

4. I am also in charge of the Set Design, hopefully I am not the team leader. Set design of our theater production. This is quite difficult....

LOL point number 1 and 2 are my only extra work /laffs hard/

I have to admit it's a dilemma to choose one color out of eight. I always choose only a color when purchasing for the first time because I still haven't know yet whether the product is satisfying or not. Hence, I choose shade #7 which is California Girl, a vibrant color of tangerine orange. 

The color already stands out in 1-2 layers. Also, you can apply a little and smudge it to give more natural look

✔Pros
- Nice selection of colors
- Matte result but does not made lips dry
- Easy to use
- Long lasting
- Smudge proof and sometimes waterproof
- The color really turns out like on the picture

✘Cons
- Transfers when you use too much
- Depends on the condition of your lips, sometimes it felt dry
- It's hard to remove the cap without ruining the pretty bullet shape. Guess it'll be easier when you have use some of the product so it could stay safe in the container

Review: THE FACE SHOP Lovely Me:ex Milky Tint - 02 Baby Peach

Last week I was looking for my Nature Republic lip balm which I wanted to review today in my makeup box till I finally I found a product that I left after months using it...... Still sitting nicely in it's box, and most importantly, still in good condition ~

The color of the box had faded a little, no tint of pinks

I think it has been almost a year since I have this product. 

I opened the lid to smell the scent, and it still have it's nice fresh scent tho it already change a bit.

Okay so here's the description of The Face Shop's Lovely Me:Ex Milky Tint:
Milk-lotion type tint, with a moisturizing film made of milk and natural berry extracts, gently  protect the lips without dryness or smudging while making them appear attractive as if tinged with flower pigments. 

Here's the color swatch! 

✔Pros

- Still in good condition hohohoho

- 2-4 hours of lasting power

- Nice peachy scent

- Easy to use and blend

- Not too orange-y. Gives a natural peachy coral color of lips. 

- Pigmented color. The color of the tint will be more pigmented compared to the swatch above when applied on to lips.

✘Cons

- I really dont see the moisturizing part of this product, in fact it is quite dehydrating. You can apply lipbalm under it but the color won't shows much. You apply lipbalm around 2 hours before you use the milky tint to give nice result

- Can't tell how much tint you have left in the container

I've been seeing these since last week. At first I thought that this is some-kinda fansite project because no one on twitter are talking about this until today. I found pictures of these all over weibo.

I have found some local online stores that sells the replicas for IDR 85.000 but I'm not interested because it's a replica. Not to be snobbish no but I kinda feel bad for purchasing replicas. Well except if the shirt/tee/clothing is a fanmade/fansite design, I really don't mind with that. 

Besides, the replica does not goes with the printed autographs LMFAO

I've searched online to see the price. First from weibo I found it for 350 Yuan, which is IDR 640.000. I finally managed to find an Indonesia-based online store that sells these for IDR 715.000.

My sister and I wanted these so badly, however we considered the price 

Why is it so expensive just why. Obviously I knew why but whyy??

Our 2014 savings for concerts has only reached IDR 700.000. I repeat, our. So it's IDR 350.000 each.

In 2 months our savings should increased by IDR 1.100.000

EXO will visit Indonesia in 2-3 months for Asian Dream Cup. The statement about ADC'14 in Jakarta is  official but there are no official confirmations yet about EXO.
